Didn’t manage to grab the Midnight Black OnePlus 3T before it sold out? Don’t be sad, as a new colour option seems to be on its way.
Images showcasing an OnePlus 3T with a Chromium body have been spotted online. As you can see the phone features a very shiny back in the vein of the HTC U Ultra. The OnePlus 3T is currently available in Soft Gold and Gunmetal Gray options.
If you dig the color, then you should know that Sony also launched a Xperia Z5 Premium model with a Chrome colouring option earlier this year at MWC 2024.
Going back to the OnePlus 3T, sadly for the time being, we can’t tell you whether Chromium will be an official OnePlus 3T colour or not. We’ll just have to wait and see.
In case you don’t remember, the OnePlus 3T is a phone that take advantage of a 5.5-inch Full HD display (1920 x 1080 resolution) and a Snapdragon 821 under the hood. The device takes advantage of 6GB of RAM and has two storage options – 64GB and the rarer 128GB one The OnePlus 3T rocks a 16MP/16MP camera combo and a 3,400 mAh battery with fast charging capabilities. It launched with Android 6.0 Marshmallow onboard, but the Nougat update has been made available ever since.
