Canadian Wireless Carrier Satisfaction Survey Results

So, completed… I’m not much of a stats guy, and I didn’t want this to be a huge dissection, but it’s hard to stop looking at all the angles, once you start.  So let’s just dive in.

If you’re not on Android, your satisfaction level is 6.33, whereas on Android it’s 6.29 (so it’s not having much of an impact from what I can tell).

So, there you have it.  Make of it what you will.

My biggest takeaway is that the company with the MOST respondents has the WORST satisfaction level.  If so many are on it, and you’re dissatisfied, why stay?

If you’re a manufacturer of one of the handsets, or a carrier and would like the data, please just contact me and I’d be willing to help you with our numbers.
