Rumours: Motorola X To Be Ultra Durable And Feature A Snapdragon 800
We’ve got another juicy rumour for you to mull over this Monday morning. This also comes from an anonymous tip on PhoneArena so, as always, take it with a grain of salt. Now to the story.
The Motorola X definitely has a lot of buzz surrounding it and these latest rumours are definitely going to add to that . In terms of the specs, the latest rumour states that this phone will feature the incredible Snapdragon 800 processor and a mindblowingly huge 4,000 mAh battery! But that’s not even the good stuff, at least not in my opinion. The build quality of this phone is supposed to be simply amazing.
To begin with, Motorola is reportedly using sapphire glass rather than the Gorilla Glass all the other manufacturers use. The benefit? Three times harder to crack than Gorilla Glass. The corners are to be made out of some sort of rubber bumper which means that it’ll bounce rather than crack and the back is supposed to be made out of beautiful carbon fibre! And just to add a cherry on top of all that, this phone is supposed to be water resistant as well!
The final bit of this tip has this phone launching around November, which means that this could be on a lot of people’s Christmas list this year.
What do you guys think? Are you excited about the possible design and build quality?
