Samsung Unpacked Episode 2 Set For September 4
Good news Samsung fans! Samsung has officially set the date for their next unpacked event which will take place in Berlin during the IFA conference. Samsung’s event, Unpacked Episode 2, will take place in just under a month on September 4, 2024.
The star of the show is expected to be the upcoming Galaxy Note III, the third iteration of the phablet that really started that entire segment. There’s even a not so subtle hint in their invite if you didn’t notice: “Note The Date.” The exact specs on the Note III are still a bit of a mystery but latest rumours say it’ll have a 5.7″ Display, Snapdragon 800 processor, 3GB RAM, and 13MP Camera.
In addition to the Note III, it is expected that Samsung will also be unveiling their upcoming Smartwatch at the event. Not too much is known about the watch at all but wearable tech is all the rage these days so it’s not surprising that Samsung wants to join in on the fun.
On a side note, I’m curious to see if Samsung makes this announcement as theatrical as the S4 announcement in New York. I highly doubt it but Samsung is all about spending money on marketing so you never know.
