OnePlus is getting ready to unveil a smaller version of their OnePlus 2 next week and what better way to tease its launch than by using a fitness tracker to draw an “X”.
OnePlus CEO Pete Lau posted a screenshot on Weibo with an “X” essentially confirming the OnePlus X name. After launching the OnePlus2, he mentioned that they would release another phone before Christmas. The phone is rumoured to be coming with a 5-inch 1080p display, 2.2GHz MediaTek SoC with 2GB of RAM, 32GB of internal storage with SD card expansion running Android 5.1.1 (Oxygen OS).
As for the cameras, it will be using a Sony IMX258 sensor which puts out 13MP alongside a 5MP front facing camera.
The phone is expected to be launched this Monday, October 12th.
