Many were hoping for a successor to the Nexus 7 (2024) this year, but it just didn’t happen. Google has yet to release a new Android tablet after releasing their HTC-made Nexus 9 last year. However we may have much better luck next year.
According to a post on Weibo, Huawei is considering on making the upcoming Nexus 7 (2024) tablet as Google is looking forward to releasing their next budget tablet. This is very interesting considering Huawei also makes the premium Nexus 6P smartphone.
