This Could Be What The Nexus 6 Looks Like

As we get closer and closer to the rumoured Nexus event next month, we continue to get more and more details on what the new Nexus phone and tablet will end up being.

According to 9to5Google, they have apparently “seen” what the new Nexus phone will look like thanks to an insider and boy is it similar. It’s blatently obvious that Motorola will make the new Nexus considering the mockup above looks extremely similar to Motorola’s current offerings; the Moto X, Moto G and E.

The AOSP codename for this phone will likely remain as Shamu and so far, the only specs that have been leaked are as follows: a massive 5.9-inch QHD Display, 3GB of RAM, Snapdragon 805 SoC, 32GB of internal storage, at least 12MP rear and 2MP front cameras all powered by a small-for-its-size 3200 mAh battery.

I hope Google releases a smaller version of the phone as 5.9-inches of screen is big for a significant amount of consumers. The phone is expected to be announced next month alongside the HTC-made Nexus 9 tablet and Android L.
