New Rumour Suggests Android L Coming November 1st

Android L

If there’s one thing I’m desperately waiting for, it has to be a concrete release date for Google’s next Android version, only known as “L” for now.

According to Android Authority, they have received information from two sources which go on to say that the next version of Android will in fact, be released on the 1st of November which puts it a year and a day after KitKat. Another subject of this information was about the upcoming Nexus devices. It’s strange there hasn’t been any “real” leaked pictures of the devices anywhere but the source reconfirmed Paul O’Brien’s tweet about the Nexus 9 coming October 16th.

The Nexus 9 tablet is confirmed to be HTC-made and also confirmed to be coming with NVIDIA’s Tegra K1 SoC. As for the Nexus X or whatever it may end up being called, it’s rumoured to be coming with a 5.9-inch QHD Display, a 2.7 GHz Snapdragon 805 SoC, a 13MP camera rear and a 2.1MP front cameras. Android Wear 2.0 is also set to be released around the same time frame as well.

I hope more details follow soon.
