Just yesterday we told you about Bell would be releasing the HTC one V. Now It seems Koodo has also put themselves on the map for the HTC release as well. If you missed the Bell announcement article, you can find that here.
The HTC One V will have:
- 3.7? screen (480 x 800).
- Pre-loaded with HTC’s Sense 4.0.
- Also Pre-loaded with OS 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich.
- 4GB internal storage (MicroSD Expandable up to 32GB).
- 5MP camera.
- No front camera – Deal breaker?
- Beats Audio – To be discontinued in futures HTC devices.
- 1GHz Snapdragon processor.
- 1500 mAh non-removable battery.
While trying not to sound like a broken record here, I’ll keep it short and sweet. Bell has set their price at “Under 300” which is anyones guess what that could be, but my Money is on $299.99 and will be releasing May 3rd.
Koodo has not said what they’ll price their HTC one V at, or when it’ll be available to the public. You could bet it would be right around the $300 mark with Bell.
The HTC One V clearly isn’t the premier phone compared to others newly released on the market, but if you’re looking to save a little coin, it’s definitely not a bad choice to consider.
