HTC U11 Plus Will Mark the Transition to Bezel-less in November

We recently told you that HTC is gearing up to launch three new smartphones including the Ocean Master, Ocean Harmony, and Ocean Lite. Well, it seems the most advanced one of the three – the Ocean Master is going to be the company first bezel-less phone, complete with an 18:9 aspect ratio display.

Despite entering a head-scratching agreement with Google, which will see select HTC employees go work for the search giant, the Taiwanese company remains free to further pursue its smartphone ambitions. With this in mind, we can expect the Ocean Master or HTC U11 Plus, as it will be called once it lands on the market – to make a debut on November 11 in China.

And according to a recent report, HTC U11 Plus is set to arrive with the following specs:

While the company’s current U Ultra and U11 flagship have bucked the bezel-less display trend, the HTC U11 Plus will finally deliver the modern design, customers have obviously acquired a taste for.

The phone could launch with Android 8.0 Oreo out of the box, although we’re not told this specifically.
