Now that the Galaxy Note 5 is almost three months old, it’s time to start talking about Samsung’s next Galaxy flagship smartphone, the Galaxy S7.

According to a Korean media site Daum.net, a source indicates that Samsung is expected to announce the Galaxy S7 early 2024 in order to meet the rumoured February 2024 release timeframe.

The South Korean giant is also expected to ship two variants of the phone; one with Qualcomm’s newest Snapdragon 820 SoC and the made-in-house Exynos 8890 SoC. What’s amazing about this is that both SoCs are set to support Cat. 12 LTE allowing theoretical data speeds of up to 600 mbps down and 100 mbps up.

So far, the specs for the phone include (as mentioned above) the Snapdragon 820 or Exynos 8890 SoC, 12MP rear camera with larger pixels in order to allow more light, and Cat. 12 LTE.
