Bell Launches The Samsung Galaxy Tab

It’s finally here! At least for one carrier. Bell has launched the Android tablet for the holiday season this year, the Samsung Galaxy Tab. You’re looking at paying $649 with no-contract but you can save $50 by signing up for a “Tablet Flex” plan. Here’s the plan breakdown:

Exceed 500MB and you pay $35 that month and get to use 5GB of data

Exceed 10 hours and you pay $1 extra/hour

I feel Samsung is left a bit on their own this year to tackle the Android tablet market without Google’s support. They certainly haven’t done a bad job but is it enough to compete with the Apple iPad for Christmas? What do you think?
