Good news for Canadian fans of ASUS who have been mulling over the new Zenfone 4 series ever since it was announced not so long ago.
As of this week you too will be able to purchase the ASUS Zenfone 4 Max in Canada for a price of $299 CAD, although we’re yet to find out which retailers will carry the device (the phone hasn’t shown up on the ASUS website just yet).
Anyway, here’s a few things about the ASUS Zenfone 4 Max and what you can expect for it to bring to the table. The product boasts a 5.5-inch display with 1280 x 720 resolution and includes a Snapdragon 430 processor under the hood aided by 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage.
The Zenfone 4 Max is one of those affordable dual-camera phones like the Honor 6X. It carries two sensors on the back, one of 13-megapixel variety with 120-degree wide-view and f/2.0, as well as a secondary 5-megapixel one. The phone includes a pretty big 5,000 mAh battery and runs Android 7.0 Nougat out of the box.
ASUS said it will update all the phones from the Zenfone 3 and Zenfone 4 series to Android 8.0 Oreo, so the Zenfone 4 Max should get a taste of the new OS at some point in the future.
