This is in response to a potential ban, Samsung has to say that their multi-touch isn’t designed the same way as Apple does theirs. Which is how I think these kinds of fights should be fought (not saying better or worse… that’s purely a headline grabber). But hey, my idea is like yours, but I do it differently.
