Nexus 10 Commercial Shows Off The Multi-User Ability
As great as the Nexus devices are, they aren’t very aggressively marketed. So whenever a new commercial does make its way onto the web (and even sometimes onto TV), I smile a little bit as these commercials show off what Android was meant to be. They tend to show off often overlooked features that are built into the stock Android and show how they could really be beneficial in real life.
Their latest commercial features the Nexus 10, one of the best Android tablets out there (not to mention best bang for buck as well) and its multi-user feature. This feature isn’t something that the average consumer likely knows about as it hasn’t been widely implemented in the more mainstream tablets quite yet (we need those updates!). But I feel like as this video circulates the web, this feature alone could help garner some interest in potential tablet buyers.
As tablets become more and more common in the household, chances are that multiple people will be accessing the device. Sometimes you don’t people messing with your games, your social media, your e-mails, etc. So having multiple profiles that each have their own set of apps, info, etc. would be a huge plus.
What do you guys think of the commercial? Like it? Hate it? Do you think Google should be more pro-active in marketing their Nexus devices?
