First Pricing Indications Release For Galaxy Note II

Samsung Galaxy Note II gets a price tag in Europe

The Galaxy Note II is sure to be a big success.  Although most of our questions regarding the device were answered yesterday with the Unpacked Event, one thing we were not sure of was the pricing.  There’s definitely lots to like about the device but if it’s priced too high, it won’t stay so popular with everyone.

Well today the first bit of pricing information has come out.  Vodafone in Germany has released their pricing and to buy the device outright will cost you 639.90 Euros which translates to nearly $800 Canadian.  While they price may seem quite steep, keep in mind that devices in Europe tend to be more expensive in general.  Based on what I’ve seen in terms of pricing in Europe vs. North America, I expect the Note II to release with an outright price of about $650, $700 max.

I’m sure there will be some people out there (and probably even on our AiC team) that will be willing to pay the premium to get it first.  So how many of you are going to be ordering this little baby online?
