What phones are getting ICS?

I think we’ve done an OK job thus far letting you know informally which phones should be getting the update, I thought I’d try to collate them into one single source.

Now this is a mix of more likely some US phones as well, as I’ve been scouring the net trying to find out whoever’s given some sort of confirmation.
