Rumour: Samsung To Announce 4-5 Devices In January: S5 And Note 3 Lite Said To Be In The Mix
Samsung releases a lot of devices and I mean A LOT of devices! It may seem unnecessary and may seem like overkill but the company is flourishing so why change what isn’t broken right? Whether you agree with the philosophy or not, it seems like Samsung is going to keep churning them out as a new report says that Samsung will be adding several new devices to their portfolio next month.
The report, which comes from Korean news site ETNews, states that Samsung will add 4-5 more devices to their line up next month. These new devices will include the Galaxy Grand 2 (a relatively entry level device), the recently talked about Galaxy Note 3 Lite, and their next flagship device, the Galaxy S5.
The Galaxy Grand 2 makes sense as the original was launched in January 2024 and the Galaxy Note 3 Lite seems feasible as the Note 3 just launched recently and Samsung is gearing the device at those not willing to pay the premium price the Note 3 carries.
A Galaxy S5 announcement in January would be a bit of a shocker as it would definitely be jumping the gun for their flagship launch. However, we have heard rumblings that Samsung is wanting to push up the S5 launch up due to the slower S4 sales so this isn’t a nwe revelation by any means.
Of course, this is all still unconfirmed so take it with a grain of salt. True or not, January isn’t too far off so we don’t have long to wait!
