One of the main reasons why companies keep their upcoming devices secret until launch is to garner interest and hype. Unfortunately for Samsung, the Galaxy Note 7 has been leaked too many times, including now.
As you all know, the Galaxy Note 7 will feature an Iris scanner and last week we shared news of leaked screenshots on how the system works. Now we get to see a brief but informational video on how it works in real time.
As you can see in the video above, unlocking the phone was extremely fast and looked a lot easier than using a thumb or finger to unlock. But as cool as it looks, I’m wondering how it performs in less than ideal lighting environments.
The phone will be announced during Samsung’s Unpacked event on August 2nd.
