Italian site TuttoAndroid has put up a video showing off Android 5.0.2 on both the Xperia Z3 and Z3C and it looks a lot like the Xperia Z4 leak we shared a couple of days back. The navigation buttons have been changed to closely resemble the ones on stock Android, and the status bar has been revamped to also closely resemble stock Android.
The quick settings menu now features a scrollable list which allows you to select and/or remove toggles very quickly. This is something I was hoping would make its way upstream into Android some point in the future, but nonetheless, I think Sony has done this right. Other minor changes include flatter system icons, the standard Lollipop recents menu and of course, all the improvements Google baked into Android 5.0.
We’re finalising testing, still focused on rolling out soon. We’re optimising #Lollipop for *entire* Xperia Z Series – more news soon ^JM

The update was originally supposed to come out last month, but Sony has been working hard on polishing it as much as possible and is looking forward to releasing it very soon. A tweet by Sony Mobile News states that the update will be released for all Z devices.
