The Galaxy S6 Will Be An “Innovative Premium Handset”
The Korean media is back at it again with interesting news about Samsung’s Next Big Thing.
According to the Korea Herald, Rober Yi, the head of Samsung’s Investor Relations clearly stated that the electronics giant will release an “innovative premium handset” later this year. This premium handset is also set to include a “special function”.
We can all agree that he must be referring (albeit indirectly) to the Galaxy S6, and like its predecessors, it will include some feature to make it stand out. For example, the S4 came with its suite of eye tracking apps, and the S5 came with the fingerprint scanner and heartrate sensor. However, I am looking forward to seeing how Samsung takes the Note 4’s metal frame even further with the S6.
PhoneArena has also received a tip with a couple of renders of what the phone, with its all metal design, will look like.
The device may be announced on March 2nd, exactly one day after the HTC event.
