The beautiful LG V30 launched not so long ago as the company’s second flagship effort for the year. Well, today we got some information to share with you about how much you should expect to pay for it.
It seems like LG targeting a wider audience with the V30, not just customers interested in premium products. To that end, the Korean tech giant has decided to price the phone more affordably than the Samsung Galaxy Note 8.
Canadian carrier Telus will reportedly offer the new LG flagship for $1,000 CAD outright with no plan attached or on a Premium smartphone line for $500. Getting the handset on a Premium+ line will set you back with $300 CAD up front. So far we don’t know whether these bundles will include any freebies like in the case of the Note 8.
The price is noticeably lower than the Galaxy Note 8’s. In Canada, carriers are selling the phone for around $1,300 outright. Financing plans are also available, so customers don’t have to spend such a huge sum all in one shot. Check out all the options you have to purchase the Note 8 right here.
LG is using the same strategy in its home country, South Korea where it will be offering the phone for less than 1,000,000 won ($1,076 CAD) unlike the Note 8 which starts at 1,090,000 won ($1,170 CAD).
