Google Instant Mobile Now Active On Android

So remember when Google introduced instant search? Yeah, the feature that populates search results as you type. Google is now testing out this feature on mobile smartphones including Android handsets running 2.2 Froyo.

All you do is go to the google search page internationally on your Froyo equipped phone, click turn on instant and start searching. Only issue is the fact that most smartphone screens and resolutions are too small to really get full use of this. It’s not awfully smooth either.

Either way, it works and it’s an open opt-in beta so no one’s forcing you to use it. Video below, check it out!
