The Next Galaxy Tabs Have Arrived
If it seems like Samsung is releasing device after device… well it’s because they are! Hot on the heels of the hotly anticipated Galaxy S III comes the Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 inch and Galaxy Tab 2 7 inch.
Although these devices haven’t received the same attention as the Galaxy S III, they’re still a great addition to the Galaxy family and Android family as a whole.
In the spec department, both devices offer a dual-core 1 GHZ processor paired with 1GB of Ram. Both feature a 3MP rear camera with a 0.3MP front facing camera for your video chatting needs. The 10 inch version has a screen resolution of 1280×800 while its 7 inch sibling comes in with a resolution of 1024×600. Both devices also run Android 4.0 out of the box and we can only hope that they will get some Jelly Bean goodness in time.
The 10 inch version is being priced at 349.99 for 16GB of internal storage while the 7 incher will set you back 249.99 for 8GB of internal storage. And it seems that most of our usual electronic retailers have these in stock.
Having used the original Tab 10.1, I’d be interested to see how things have changed with the sequel.
