Wonder Where Moto X’s Come From? Take A Peak Into Their Fort Worth Facility!
Before the Moto X was actually announced, Google released a series of ads highlighting the fact that the device would be assembled in the good ol’ US of A (my guess is that these were done in response to Apple’s own US touting ad campaign). More specifically, the devices were going to be assembled at their facility in Fort Worth, Texas making it the first smartphone to assembled in the US.
And thanks to a little Google Street View magic, you can now actually take a peak inside of that Fort Worth facility to see where those magical little Moto X’s get put together. The facility looks pretty darn massive and it’s full of people and tables and computers and whatever else you need to put a phone together. While this may not be the most interesting post in the world, I still think it’s pretty cool to get a glimpse at the insides. And maybe if you look REALLY REALLY REALLY close, you’ll find your next phone in there!
