Android 6.0 Factory Images Are Now Live!

The age of Marshmallow has officially begun!  As promised, Google’s Android factory images for the Nexus 5, Nexus 6, Nexus 7 (2024), Nexus 9 and Nexus Player are all live today and can be downloaded directly from Google.

Now these images can be flashed by following the instructions on the Nexus page (see link below) but going this route will indeed wipe your device of all its content.  If manually flashing images isn’t for you, the OTA’s should be just around the corner.  I’ll be checking up on my Nexus 5 pretty regularly until I see that wonderful notification and I’ll be sure to let you know once I receive the update!
