CyanogenMod is without a doubt the most popular Rom choice in the Android community. The CyanogenMod team has been bringing stock Android to numerous devices for years and has helped keep some seemingly outdated device ticking strong. If you’re one of those who love to flash your device with the latest and greatest from the CyanogenMod team, we’ve got some great news for you.
The CyanogenMod team has just released their first monthly build of CM10.1, a build based on Android 4.2. The best news about this release is that as it’s a monthly build it’s expected to be a much more stable than your average nightly build. In fact, these should be stable enough to be used as a daily driver. Now that doesn’t mean that there won’t be any hiccups but overall things should be good to go. Here’s the current list of supported devices:
- Samsung Captivate
- Samsung Nexus S (+4G)
- Samsung Galaxy S3 USA models (D2*)
- Samsung Galaxy S (galaxysmtd/galaxysbmtd)
- Google Nexus 7
- Google Galaxy Nexus (all variants)
- Google Nexus 4
- Google Nexus 10
- ODroid U2
- Samsung P3100, P3110
- Samsung P5100, P5110
Any of you planning to give this a try?
