Here Are Some New Renders For The HTC Pixel

We’re less than a month away from the expected reveal date for Google’s upcoming Pixel phones and new renders of the smaller Pixel “Sailfish” have surfaced online.
Thanks to a collaboration between @Onleaks and Android Authority, new renders of the Pixel show off almost every angle of the phone. The picture above gives as a second look at the front of the phone with its ~5-inch display, and it’s really not too shabby. If there’s one thing I’ll miss from Google’s Nexus line, it has to be the notification LED.

Here we take a closer look at the interesting but unique glass panel containing the Nexus Imprint fingerprint scanner. It’s not clear if the Pixel will come with an improved fingerprint scanner.

The bottom of the phone houses the USB C port and stereo speakers. Knowing HTC, I’m confident the speakers on the Pixel should sound great.

Onleaks and Android Authority were also kind enough to share the dimensions, which are 143.8 mm height x 69.5 mm width x 7.3 mm/8.5 mm (top) thickness. For those of you coming from the iPhone thanks to no 3.5mm headphone jack, the Pixel will indeed come with a top mounted headphone jack.
The Pixel and Pixel XL (not showed) will be unveiled on October 4th alongside a new Android 7.1 build.
