Vine For Android Updated With Front-facing Shots
The video sharing service, Vine, sees its Android app updated today, and what an update it is. Sure it doesn’t bring a load of cool new features, but some much needed stability and speed.
With this new update Vine now supports front-facing camera videos and has a new upload manager for multiple videos. However, even more important the app got some significant speed improvements. The addition of these features and increased speed should help the Vine app reach the level of quality of its iOS counterpart.
Vine hasn’t had an easy life as first versions of the app brought a huge amount of problems, while stability and speed were simply non-existent. Twitter, Vine’s owner, kept on delivering, with frequent updates. With Instagram’s recent march on video territory, Vine had to step up its game and so it did, launching an updated app with a huge speed improvement and sharing options.
With this latest update the gap between the Android and iOS version of the app is getting narrower and narrower and the app feels more polished, stable and speedy making sure your video sharing experience is as smooth as possible.
