Last week we shared with you that you could get an early taste of “L” with the new Android L Keyboard app. Today we have another app to share that emulates another one of L’s new features. Woodblock Without Co. has released an app called Heads Up! – notifications which mimics the new notifications shown off in the L Preview.
In essence, your notifications will show up as a pop up above whatever you’re doing. So even if you’re playing a game or watching a movie that is full screen your notifications will still pop up and you can interact with the notification. Some apps would still restart if I chose to interact with the notification but others would remain running while I replied.
The app does have a small cost of $1.05 but to me it’s a good value in my opinion. Hit the link below if you want to get it for yourself.
