Storage and plans at the time

• Free space: 5GB to start.
• Referral bonus: 200MB per referral, up to a maximum of 10GB.
• Paid storage: 250GB for $10 a month, or $100 a year.

Using the Android app

The app was straightforward. Files could be uploaded from inside the app or sent to it from the gallery or a file manager. There was no option for automatic upload, which several other cloud apps offered. The upload size limit of 2GB was large compared with many rivals.

Sharing files and folders

Sharing appeared to work with people who were not users of the service, because it created a public link. A useful touch was that the link could later be turned off by unsharing it.

Web app impressions

The web app felt a little slow to the writer, with no other major complaints. The writer had not tested it in depth, so this is a first impression, not a full review. The service was added to a spreadsheet comparing cloud storage options, one of ten services the writer had installed on a phone.
