LG V20 Coming to Bell, Rogers and Fido on March 9

The LG G6 just launched and is coming to Canada soon, but if you prefer LG’s V20 smartphone – the one that features a secondary display with the purpose of displaying notifications – then keep reading on.

The LG V20 has been available with Freedom Mobile and Videotron ever since October 2024, but soon enough the phone will become more widely available.

According to Mobile Syrup, Canadian customers have manifested a wide interest in the LG V20 which prompted the Korean company to secure some partnerships with more Canadian carriers.

So come March 9, the LG V20 will be available for purchase at Bell, Rogers and Fido. Bell will be selling the V20 for $999.99 CAD no-term, while Fido and Rogers will offer the device for $979 CAD outright or for $279 down and a two-year contract.

To refresh your memory, the LG V20 comes with a 5.7-inch main display wit 1440 x 2560-pixel resolution plus a 2.1-inch secondary screen with 160 x 1040 resolution. The phone is powered by a Snapdragon 820 which works in concert with 4GB of RAM and 32/64GB of internal storage.

Like the LG G6, the V20 offers a main dual camera setup made of 16MP+8MP sensors which take advantage of laser autofocus and LED flash. There’s also a 5MP selfie camera with f/1.9 aperture.

The LG V20 was the first phone to come with Android 7.0 Nougat out of the box.
