Introducing… Myself – A Quick Word From The Newest Writer

Hello everyone in the Android in Canada community.

My name is Tim and I have just joined on with the AiC Team.  I’m very grateful for the opportunity to write for this site and am looking forward to connecting with you, the readers, as I begin this new endeavour.

I’ve been an Android fan since the beginning with the HTC Dream.  That was my first smartphone and my first Android phone and I have never looked back since.  I have since used various different phones over the years: HTC, Samsung, Sony, Motorola, even a Nook.  Some I held on to for a long time, others for just a couple weeks.  I love the diversity that exists amongst Android.  Each device has its own character, both on the hardware side and the software side.  And then of course there’s the developer community that brings even more unique elements to each device.

I’m currently using a Galaxy Note and am loving.  I’m anxiously waiting for the sequel as I know that it will be my next phone (unless something else amazing comes along…which is a strong possibility).

So that’s a little about me.  Hopefully I’ll have some chances to chat with some of you through our site.  Have a great week everyone!
