Bell Releases Official Android ICS Update Schedule

Rumours have been flying wild the last couple weeks about who will be getting ICS and when. We haven’t had much to go on besides hints from our carriers and manufactures, but finally we got some solid ground.

Bell officially released a schedule of the Androids that will be getting the Ice Cream Sandwich update and when.

• Samsung Galaxy S II: April 2024
• Samsung Galaxy Note: April 2024
• Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1: May 2024
• Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE: June 2024
• HTC Sensation: June 2024
• HTC Raider: June 2024
• LG Optimus LTE: July 2024

I knew the Galaxy Note couldn’t be to far away. It’s nice to know the rumours I was hearing are proven to be true.

Once one carrier starts to roll out the updates, the others are normally not to far behind. So if you’re on a different carrier, you may have an updates coming as well in the next couple months. Keep those fingers crossed.
