Hand Write Your Search With Google

There’s a new way to search on your mobile device.  Google has implemented handwriting recognition into it’s search engine.  What does that mean?  Well you can write out the word your searching for rather than typing it in via virtual keyboard.

It’s a neat little addition for the search engine giant.  I gave it a whirl and it picked up my messy writing pretty well.  Although I have to admit there’s a bit of lag to it.  I like how Google is finding more and more ways for us to search (like searching by picture).  It’s not necessarily something I need, but it’s nice to have. And to enable it, all you need to do is navigate to Google.ca and go to settings on the bottom.  There will be a an option to enable this feature.
