32GB Nexus 7 Shows Up On BestBuy
The Nexus 7 is already a hit. But one of the biggest complaints about the device was the limited storage, especially with no option for a Micro-SD card. Well it seems Google has heard the call and has put together a 32GB model.
This 32GB model has been popping up here and there for the past few weeks. In fact, one customer in Japan reportedly had one sent to him when he ordered a 16GB. Today we’re getting more confirmation that this device will indeed hit our Canadian shores as it has shown up on BestBuy.ca. It’s currently listed as out of stock but it’s at least on the web site. The price is right too coming in at just $269.99.
Rumours are saying that the 32GB will be replacing the 16GB model. That’s why the pricing between the two devices is so close. While it’s definitely great news, there’s likely going to be a lot of early adopters that are going to be crying out that they got ripped off by Google when they paid the same price for half the storage. Maybe Google will be do something to thank these early adopters? Probably not, but it’s worth wishing!
