The Xperia Z1 Is Coming To Canada This October

These next few weeks are going to be some exciting times for tech enthusiasts in Canada as new high end phones will be a plenty.  Apple just launched their new devices, the iPhone 5s and 5c, LG’s new flagship is just days away, the Note III, Galaxy Gear, S3 Mini and S4 Mini are just around the corner and now we’re learning that Sony’s new flagship, the Z1 will be coming this October (did I miss anyone?)!

Just in case you forgot what the Xperia Z1 brings to the table, here’s the spec rundown for you:

This phone is the first of Sony’s new One line which encompasses the best of all of their divisions into one glorious piece of technology.  And as you can see from the spec sheet, they’re definitely on the right track as this phone is a beast!  Despite my love for the phablet, this is may be the one phone that might pull me away from the phablets this year.

In terms of an exact release date, nothing was given in the press release but it does appear that the Z1 will make it to all the major carriers.  White, Black and Purple will be available but the the release says that colour availability may depend on the carrier.
