The HTC Proto – Amped Up HTC One V?

So there may be another HTC device coming down the pipes soon.  The rumours are that HTC is planning to released a phone very similar to the HTC One V, but with way more punch.  Here’s the rumoured specs:

Snapdragon S4 Processor
512 MB of RAM
4″ WVGA Super LCD
5MP Camera

If it is indeed a follow up to the One V we can hope/expect it to come with a pretty low price point.  The One V could be had for as low as $175 with a $75 gift card at one point.  So if this device can stay under $250 I think it’d do pretty well in the market.
