Some Additional Pricing For The Rogers Galaxy Note II
The Galaxy Note II is under a week away from being launched! And just before the release we’re getting some more details on pricing for the phone on Rogers. Previously it had been leaked on BestBuy that the new phablet would cost $249.99 on a 3-year contract for Rogers customers, which was $50 more than Bell and Telus. Well it seems that Rogers has decided that they should charge the same as everyone else and have dropped the price to $199.99 on a 3-year.
In addition, they’ve released a month to month price that comes in at just $649.99. Now this is an interesting price as the no-contract price is expected to come in at $729.99. If one were to sign up the phone on a month to month and pay for the minimum $45 dollars for the first month and cancel after that, they’d actually still be paying less than buying the device outright, plus you’d have a month worth of service.
Also, if my memory is serving me right, often times the month to month price is the same as the outright price. So perhaps Rogers has undercut the competition with this new pricing? Only a week and we’ll know for sure.
