There’s quite a few of us that are really excited about the upcoming PadPhone 2 and it looks like our we won’t have too much longer to wait before we get to see for ourselves the sequel to the all-in-one phone/tablet/laptop. Asus will be hosting an event on Octboer 16 in Milan and Taipei where they will unveil they’re new project.
In addition to a unveiling date, it seems that the specs have leaked online. So here’s what we have so far:

- 2GB RAM
- 4.7″ Super IPS+ LCD with 700nits brightness
- 1280×720 resolution
- 13MP camera
- 1.2MP front-facing camera
- LTE and HSPA+
- 2140 mAh battery
- 9mm thickness
- 135g
Looks like a pretty solid device. It’s something I would definitely consider as I love that Asus keeps Android relatively vanilla and next to Google itself, they’re by far the best in releasing updates. Only a few weeks and we’ll be able to see if Asus has perfected their everything device.
