Photos And A Video Of The LG G Flex Emerge

The LG G Flex is no secret, but the phone has manged to remain pretty well under wraps.  Up till now, the only shots we’ve seen of the device were the renders which surfaced earlier this month. Well today is a new day and the new day brings with it some photos and a video of LG’s upcoming curved display phone.

The video comes courtesy of Argentinian broadcaster Telefe, who somehow managed to get their hands on the G Flex and were nice enough to show it off during one of their broadcasts.  The pictures come from The Verge who received them fromFederico Ini, a tech journalist.

As you can see in the video and pictures, it’s a pretty large phone.  Word on the web is that the device will pack a massive 6″ display and should carry G2 like specs.  Like the G2, the buttons have been moved to the back of the device which allows LG to narrow down those bezels around the phone.  The curve is also fairly pronounced and will definitely take some getting used to.  As I said before, I like that they curved the device top to bottom but I feel like it’ll be extremely awkward to throw into a pocket.

Of course, there’s a good chance (a very good chance in my opinion) that this phone never makes it over here so we’ll probably never know how great or awkward the device is, but these new phones from LG and Samsung are definitely ushering in a new era in the tech world.
