Another entry level device is hitting shelves today. Bell has released the LG Optimus L5 today at a outright price of $199.99 or $0 on a 3-year term
Here’s what Bell has to say about the device:
The LG Optimus L5 smartphone features a bright 4” touchscreen, an amazing 5 megapixel camera, HD voice and more – all combined in a sleek, modern design. Plus, it’s powered by Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich), the latest and greatest version of Android with access to over 600,000 apps.
Some of the other specs you’d want to know: 800 MHz processor, 512MB Ram, 2.65 GB internal storage, NFC, and Bluetooth 3.0. All this comes in a package that’s 9.88 mm thin and 120 g.
By no means will this device keep up with any of the high-end flagships out there, but it really isn’t meant to. It’s simply another entry device to help fuel the transition for the consumer from feature phone to smartphone.
