Lenovo’s Android Smartphones Draw Big Crowds at CES 2024
Lenovo’s booth at CES drew the biggest crowd on Sunday night as they unveiled their new line up slated to be released in 2024 in emerging markets of Russia, India and Indonesia.
The price of the new phones range from entry level phones to high-end such as the SGS III.
Some limited specs had been released including the huge battery in the P770. With that much wattage you’d think there must be some high end dual-core or quad core action going on in the phone. Check out the specs below:
IdeaPhone P770
- Huge 3500 mAh battery
- Android Jelly Bean (4.1)
- ~12 of battery life (usage is unknown)
- 4.5″ qHD IPS display
- Supposedly its big and thick for those of you that like that.
IdeaPhone S890
- 5″ IPS display
- 1.2 GHz dual-core processor
- 8 mega-pixel camera
- Android 4.1 with custom Lenovo skin
IdeaPhone S720
- Entry-level
- Android 4.0
- 4.5″ qHD IPS display
- 1.2 Ghz dual-core processor
- pre-installed Dolby’s audio software
Not bad if you ask me but it’s a shame that only select countries are getting them at launch. Also it’s a bit weird to unveil new devices for the following year at such an event if you ask me. What is your take on the limited specs and idea of these devices releasing in emerging markets? Do you think Lenovo should release these in other countries?
