More Lollipop news guys and gals! According to a Tweet from HTC’s Mo Versi, the GPE HTC devices may receive Android 5.0 Lollipop as early as next week!
Versi didn’t specify which GPE device would be getting the update next week but the M8 seems like the most likely option. The M7 could also get the update next week but I would wager that that device will get it a little later.
Now we didn’t actually get these devices here in Canada but I’m sure some of you out there managed to secure these devices. And even if you don’t have an official GPE device the release of this update will allow the devs to put out fully functional flashable ROMS. Of course, flashing should only be done if you know what you’re doing, so tread carefully.
