Okay, just to preface this whole thing, this news is in regards to the US bound Galaxy Note II but I think it can give us here in Canada a good idea as to what we can expect. Now back to the story.
Samsung has announced today that the Samsung Galaxy Note II will be heading to America on AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and US Cellular. They also let us know that the Galaxy Note II will not be changed from the international version. That means you get the quad-core Exynos processor, 2 GB of RAM and LTE! That’s the news I’ve been waiting to here! Unlike my original Note, I should be okay with the North American version instead of needing to find an international one. No exact pricing has been announced yet but the phones are expected to hit the shelves mid November.
So what does this mean for Canada? I highly expect that the Canadian release will be either at the same time or very shortly afterwards. It also means that ALL carriers may be getting their hands on this device, including the small guys like WIND and Mobilicty. Now we go back to the waiting game.
