Asus Padfone to hit the shelves in April

One of the coolest devices at MWC (in my opinion) is the Asus Padfone.  This thing looks… well, c’mon, I’ll be honest, it looks like a beast.  But it’s the kind of electronic thing I’d wanted since I was a kid when Soundwave would have other Decepticons ‘fit’ into him.

Anyways, a device that can act as another… definitely cool.  And I hear the pricing is supposed to quite good.  I mean, it’s not quite a full tablet and phone, it’s more so just a phone and a monitor.

Be that as it may, Asus’s Google+ team let slip that we should see the device in April!

Bear in mind that the G+ page is the ‘international’ page, and not a country specific, so who knows when Canada might actually get one.

So, are you thinking of getting this device?  How about that weird stylus/headset doo-hickey?
