Asus is rolling with the recent success of their ZenFone 2, one of the best bang for buck devices on the market. Well the Taiwanese company is back and this time they brought along a new phone that should satisfy everyone’s battery needs. Meet the ZenFone Max, a mid-range phablet that packs a massive 5000 mAh battery!
Other specs include a 5.5″ 720p IPS display covered by Gorilla Glass 4, a Snapdragon 410 processor, 2GB RAM, 13MP camera (likely with laser autofocus) and 5MP front facing camera. All that goodness is allegedly packed into a ridiculously slim 5.2mm frame!
While Asus stated that the device would hit the market in October in India, they did not provide much else in terms of pricing or a wider release. Hopefully they bring this device to some additional markets as I’m sure many out there wouldn’t mind a phone with some fantastic battery life.
