After a short delay, Rogers and Fido have resumed the roll out of Android 5.1.1 to the Samsung Galaxy S6 & Galaxy S6 Edge. In addition to the usual bug fixes and performance enhancements, the update also enables Voice Over LTE on the devices.
If you haven’t received the update yet, be sure to jump into your settings and scroll down to about device. In there you’ll be able to do a manual check.
I’m still waiting for an update on my phone which was originally on SaskTel so it doesn’t seem as though all carriers have resumed the roll out.
