Alleged LG G3 Screenshot Shows Off New UI Featuring Flatter Icons
Any LG fans out there? Well we’ve got a tasty little treat for you. A screenshot has surfaced online that was allegedly taken from the upcoming LG G3. As you can see, LG has made some tweaks to their UI and have decided to follow the flat trend. The icons themselves bare very close resemblance to LG’s current icon pack but, again, the icons are flat.
Unfortunately, no actual specs surfaced with the screenshot but current rumours have the G3 sporting a 5.5″ QHD display, 13MP camera and some sort of waterproof/dustproof treatment. The processor is even more of a mystery as possible candidates include the Snapdragon 805, an Octo-Core chip from Media-Tek, and LG’s home made Odin processor. I’m sure these details will begin to filter out more and more over the next few months as we near an actual launch.
Going back to the software, it’ll be interesting to see what other tweaks LG makes to their UI and UX. They definitely took a big step in the right direction with the G2 and I’m interested to see how things go with the sequel.
