How to Enjoy Apps Like Google Movies on Your Rooted Device!

Cruising around XDA forums as I often do, and I stumbled across something that may make you very happy.

I posted earlier that Google Videos had updated to Google Play Movies, also many rooted devices has been blocked from the service. If you missed that, you can find it here.

It seems a developer on XDA by the name of Motodroidfreak has come up with a temporary Un-root method that can be applied with a simple click of a button. Don’t worry, it’s just as easy to bring your root back when you want it later.

This app renames the SU Binary So you basically loose root access till you rename it back within the app. By doing this, you have the ability to use Google Movies also the Blockbuster apps on android.

Never know if Google will end up pulling this off the Google Play Store in the future to protect their movies app, so maybe you should grab it while you still can.
